As the General Manager at JSC POLEMA, I lead the development and marketing of metal solutions for various industries, such as semiconductor, display, automotive, medical, aerospace, electronics, and more. With over 10 years of experience in the field, I have a strong background in chemistry, new business development, P&L management, and marketing, which enables me to deliver innovative and high-quality products and services to our customers across the Asia Pacific region.Some of my notable achievements include introducing a new product (3D printed metal powder) into a new application for metal molds, successfully recovering the outstanding accounts receivable from CPT through crisis management strategy(CPT filed for bankruptcy without prior notice in end 2018), developing a new product in collaboration with our strategic partner in Japan, transforming Taiwan Polema from an OEM-focused business model to a marketing strategy with our own brand, and winning several awards and recognitions from DuPont and Hitachi DuPont Microsystems, where I previously worked.
