Resolves customer service problems to the mutual satisfaction of both the company and the customer.•Accurately complete and process documentation related to customers and sales transactions.•Pipeline development, including opportunity creation & identification, and forecast to close effectiveness.•Demonstrate knowledge, aptitude and proficiencies with J.
