As a Vice President for NW3C, and serving on the executive leadership team, I have direct oversight of the Curriculum Development Section, Marketing, Quality Control, School Safety Programs, the Law Enforcement Cyber Center, as well as the management of several federal grants and private contracts. Key responsibilities include:Grant Management: Overseeing the management of federal grants obtained by NW3C. This involves ensuring compliance with grant requirements, maximizing the impact of grant funds, and reporting on grant activities as necessary.Curriculum Development/Quality Control: Managing the development and quality control of training curriculum for all NW3C programs. These programs have been implemented in several schools nationwide promoting cyber safety.Business Development and Funding Acquisition: Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business development and funding acquisition to support NW3C's mission and activities. This includes cultivating partnerships, seeking out funding sources, and writing grant proposals to secure financial support for the organization's initiatives.

As the Director of Training for NW3C, it was my responsibility to oversee curriculum development and training both online and face-to-face on the topics of cybercrime, financial crime, and intelligence analysis. With NW3C training over 17,000 law enforcement officers each year, NW3C continues to be one of the nations premier training providers in the field of cyber and economic crime investigations.Other responsibilities include grant management, grant writing, private sector and academia partnerships, publications, facilitating Subject Matter Expert (SME) meetings, and speaking engagements.

As the Computer Crime Supervisor it was my responsibility to supervise the daily activities of the Computer Crime Section (CCS), which is the largest section within the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C). While in this position, I supervised the Computer Crime Specialists and Instructors which are responsible for development and delivery of digital forensics and cybercrime courses to law enforcement agencies throughout the United States. In the last five years, NW3C has taught over 60,000 law enforcement officers throughout the nation on cyber or financial crime investigations. As the Supervisor of this section, I am also accountable for grant management, grant writing, the scheduling of instructors, and attending different cyber related focus meetings to ensure NW3C is teaching the most up-to-date material in their classes.

For two years I was the NW3C Supervisor for the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), a joint partnership between NW3C and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). During this time, I directly supervised nine Internet Crime Analysts and was responsible for NW3C's daily operations of the Center. Other responsibilities included, assisting law enforcement with Internet crime investigations, grant management, program development and project management. I worked very closely with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task forces around the United States as well as the Northern West Virginia Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) Task Forces.

As a Training Instructor for NW3C it was my responsibility to train law enforcement around the country to include the fusion centers and the ICAC task forces on intelligence analysis and financial crime investigations. Classes I taught Include: Identity Theft Investigations (ITI), Financial Investigations and Practical Skills (FIPS), White Collar Crime and Terrorism (WCCAT), Mortgage Fraud Investigations (MFI), Financial Crimes Against Seniors (FCAS), Foundations of Intelligence Analysis Training (FIAT), Advanced Criminal Intelligence Analysis to Prevent Terrorism (ACIAPT), and i2 Analyst Notebook. Along with teaching responsibilities I was also in charge of scheduling classes, working with different law enforcement academies on certifications, and managing the overall classroom environment.

Working at the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), operated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) I was responsible for reviewing, referring, and analyzing crimes facilitated online. These crimes included securities fraud, online auction fraud, child exploitation, and identity theft, just to name a few. During this time I was responsible for assisting law enforcement with critical aspects of their investigations and preparing cases for prosecution. As part of this position, I was required to obtain a top-secret security clearance.
