CurrentAs a Vice President for NW3C, and serving on the executive leadership team, I have direct oversight of the Curriculum Development Section, Marketing, Quality Control, School Safety Programs, the Law Enforcement Cyber Center, as well as the management of several federal grants and private contracts. Key responsibilities include:Grant Management: Overseeing the management of federal grants obtained by NW3C. This involves ensuring compliance with grant requirements, maximizing the impact of grant funds, and reporting on grant activities as necessary.Curriculum Development/Quality Control: Managing the development and quality control of training curriculum for all NW3C programs. This includes ensuring that the materials are current, relevant, and effectively meet the needs of participants.Marketing: Overseeing the NW3C marketing section, ensuring that the organization is actively engaging with its customers in a positive manner. This involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote NW3C's programs and services.Law Enforcement Cyber Center (LECC): Managing the LECC, ensuring that the information and materials provided are relevant for law enforcement nationwide. This may involve collaborating with subject matter experts to address emerging cyber threats and provide valuable resources to law enforcement agencies.CyberSafe School Programs: Managing three CyberSafe school programs aimed at educating children on internet safety and human trafficking. These programs have been implemented in several schools nationwide promoting cyber safety.Business Development and Funding Acquisition: Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business development and funding acquisition to support NW3C's mission and activities. This includes cultivating partnerships, seeking out funding sources, and writing grant proposals to secure financial support for the organization's initiatives.
