I am currently the HTM Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health, a leading healthcare organization in Texas that values excellence, integrity, and compassion.As the HTM Manager, I am responsible for leading a team of 9 Biomedical Engineers, including Field Service Technicians for Anesthesia and Sterilizer Equipment in Central Texas. I oversee the maintenance, repair, calibration, and installation of a wide range of medical devices and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. I also manage the budget, inventory, contracts, and vendor relations for the HTM department, and coordinate with the clinical and administrative staff to meet their needs and expectations.
