With over 10 years of experience in biomedical engineering and loan portfolio management, I have developed a strong set of skills and competencies that enable me to lead, innovate, and solve problems in the healthcare sector. My mission is to ensure the safety, quality, and efficiency of medical equipment and devices, and to support the clinical staff and patients with the best possible service and care. I am currently the HTM Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health, a leading healthcare organization in Texas that values excellence, integrity, and compassion.As the HTM Manager, I am responsible for leading a team of 9 Biomedical Engineers, including Field Service Technicians for Anesthesia and Sterilizer Equipment in Central Texas. I oversee the maintenance, repair, calibration, and installation of a wide range of medical devices and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. I also manage the budget, inventory, contracts, and vendor relations for the HTM department, and coordinate with the clinical and administrative staff to meet their needs and expectations.
