Assisting the head coach to implement a team philosophy that will be supportive of the educational mission of Fort Bend Christian Academy and the Student-Athlete Code of Conduct.Assisting in planning and conducting of practices and games. Prepare, implement, and evaluate effective game plans for all contests.Develop and maintaining positive relationships with student-athletes and parents.Counsel and mentor student-athletes at Fort Bend Christian, while assisting in the effective planning to identify, evaluate, and cultivate an above average performance in academics. Recruiting and planning e-mails, setting up on-campus visits and interviews with admissions and head coach for potential incoming students. In 2011, was selected as a Defensive Coach for the Texas Private School All-Star Game sponsored by Sports Marketing Experts and Dan Morgan.

Provided cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), moral recognition therapy (MRT) and anger management sessions to substance abuse, substance dependency, gang awareness and low risk sex offender inmates daily. Exceptional attention to detail while assessing inmates behavior and characteristics to provide proper diagnosis in an effort to develop individualized treatment plans.Experience in individual and group counseling, family services, crisis intervention, proactive (preventive) programming, with an emphasis on maximizing ones’ potential. Maintained a minimum number of documented client contact hours per week; completes related progress notes using the appropriate DSM IV codes, multi-tasking other projects upon completion.
