• Responsible for managing the daily operation of six metal 3d printing machines during the development of said machines
• Manage print orders from several internal groups (Application Engineers, Sales and Marketing, Engineering validations, Print Quality testing, Materials testing)
• Manage a team of Technicians and Operations Engineers to maintain 16-hour days of machine operations, along with reporting and tracking software and hardware defects, print quality reporting, and physical assembly of.

• Gathering and reporting daily performance metrics of every machine, including OEE, machine startup times, total mass printed, and average deposition rate.

* Responsible for time and material quoting for seven 3d printers, five Stratasys FDM thermoplastic and two EOS DMLS metal.* Perform all data manipulation and troubleshooting for 3d print jobs, utilizing TEBIS CAD/CAM and Materialize Magics software.* Programming all jobs for running on 3d printers, using Materialize Magics and Stratasys Insight software.*.

* Data preparation for 20 3-axis and 15 5-axis machining centers.- Taking data from customer and ensuring that all critical features are accurate to build department specifications.- Marking areas for machining.- Determining stock sizes for material procurement.- Analyzing work piece and determining the machining strategy.- Designing additional features.

* Managed all aspects of data for EDM department * Determined areas of work pieces that required EDM.* Extracted data and designed electrodes (including developing innovative methods to reduce material usage and increase overall efficiency).* Programmed electrodes for robot-assisted CNC machining center.

* Responsible for complete prototype plastic injection mold designs.
