* Responsible for managing the daily operation of six metal 3d printing machines during the development of said machines• Manage print orders from several internal groups (Application Engineers, Sales and Marketing, Engineering validations, Print Quality testing, Materials testing)• Manage a team of Technicians and Operations Engineers to maintain 16-hour days of machine operations, along with reporting and tracking software and hardware defects, print quality reporting, and physical assembly of next generation of the machine.• Maintain inventory of consumables and spare parts• Gathering and reporting daily performance metrics of every machine, including OEE, machine startup times, total mass printed, and average deposition rate.

* Responsible for time and material quoting for seven 3d printers, five Stratasys FDM thermoplastic and two EOS DMLS metal.* Perform all data manipulation and troubleshooting for 3d print jobs, utilizing TEBIS CAD/CAM and Materialize Magics software.* Programming all jobs for running on 3d printers, using Materialize Magics and Stratasys Insight software.* Responsible for all aspects of 3d printing laboratory, including maintaining consumables inventory and basic machine maintenance.* Set up and operate all seven 3d printers for 24/7 operation as needed.* Perform basic inspection and support removal for finished parts.* Led the development of FDM printing build parameters for major automotive OEM* Managed a team of 3-4 people.
