Responsible for threat reduction from nuclear, biological, chemical, and conventional weapons, through execution of technology security activities, cooperative threat reduction, arms control treaty monitoring, and on-site inspections, NBC defense and counter proliferation. Developed and managed an annual budget of $1.8 million dollars to include equipment purchases, marketing expenditures, and logistics. works with civic, media, college, high school, and community leaders daily to promote awareness. Identified AWOL policy deficiency at Basic Training/Tech Schools, ultimately adopted across USAF.
