Having a sound understanding of, and at all times execute the principals of the bunisness with every retail customer and wholesaler to actively seek to further develop and increase sales within the my territory;Execute all initiatives at the POP (point of purchase) with excellence and in accordance with Wrigley trade standards;Actively seek new business opportunities for ranging Wrigley products in both the traditional trade outlets along with the emerging non-traditional retailers;Develop strategies for, and execute whitespace initiatives with all customers;Consistently secure additional POP's above minimum or agreed requirements using merchandising to leverage these opportunities in tapping into additional sales in already established outlets;Devise and implement creative territory business-building programs and solutions to current sales issues.
