I’ve been invited to Google World Headquarters twice! My first visit was to be certified as a Google Trusted Digital Media Advisor. During that visit, I was asked to step in for the host who had an unexpected emergency. I then, unexpectedly, led a workshop over new google beta tools to a group of Executives and VPs! I was also honored to meet Matt Cutts and have the selfie to prove it! My second visit to Mountain View, CA was due to a nomination from our Premier Partner Google representative for the Google Ads Champion United States Award! While there, I placed the top score on the test and with the fastest completion time!These are all great accomplishments and exciting situations. But I’ve seen my greatest successes when managing teams. Sharing my passion for seeking and sharing knowledge and experience with execution, I’ve been able to develop others into successful careers. Some on my team(s) I’ve developed from the ground up. Some I’ve inherited through acquisitions or promotions. No matter how we came to work together, my goal is to help them be successful. In turn, our business and our clients benefit.My experience, my resume and all the amazing things I can tell you I know how to do are all important but come second to the abilities to spot talent, grow talent, and multiply it.
