Jeffrey A. Marshall, Esq., CELA is the founding attorney of Marshall, Parker & Weber, LLC, a Pennsylvania elder law and estate planning law firm. He is certified as an elder law attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation. Attorney Marshall’s practice is focused on elder law which includes, long term care planning, estate planning, special needs planning, and estate administration. He is a recognized authority on elder law and has been quoted by numerous national publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine, The Kiplinger Retirement Report, and the Chicago Tribune. He has been named as a “Super Lawyer” in the field of elder law every year since the inception of the award. In addition, he was selected as one of the Top 100 Pennsylvania Attorneys in all fields in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011. He is also listed in Best Lawyers in America.Attorney Marshall is the editor and co-author of the Third Edition of Elder Law in Pennsylvania, published by PBI Press. A native of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, he received his law degree from Stanford University in 1972. He is past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Elder Law Committee, and currently serves on its Elder Law Section Governing Council. He is Past President of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys.
