As a Blackstone portfolio company, led the development of the growth and turnaround strategy for the 3,000 person Sales and Reservation division (B2B Sales and Call Center disciplines) during its private equity ownership under Blackstone . Strategies included revenue/EBITDA growth, resource optimization, process design, and IT development. Built central support functions to steer global strategy, sales planning and analysis, sales operations, and program management. Efforts led to a highly successful private equity turnaround and the largest Hotel IPO in history.

As an ESL Holdings portfolio company, recruited by Holding Company to partner with senior executives in devising and executing company’s turnaround strategy. Conducted market analysis, developed new category business plans, built product offerings, and negotiated partnership agreements to generate growth revenue streams. Regularly presented strategic restructuring recommendations and business performance updates to Chairman, Internal Board of Directors, and senior company executives.
