Recruited by the President to collaborate on the design and deployment of a field-based sales organization to market surgical dressing provider services, leveraging media-based technologies, focusing on healthcare providers and direct to patient marketing. Responsibilities include creating and implementing compensation plan, pipeline development/CRM tools, collaborate with marketing to develop and ensure sales messaging consistency, aide in developing marketing materials, work with sales operations, performance management, facilitation of change management to ensure transition from inside sales force to outside sales force.Launched compensation plan, pipeline development / CRM tools, to ensure sales messaging consistency. Established the first dedicated outside sales force deployed to key U.S markets while collaborating on the rebranding of the organization.Jan 2019 exceeded new patient order sales plan at 194%. Executed National sales meeting and training in July 2018 and delivered 75% increase in new patient orders received in 2018 vs. prior year.
