Responsible for developing, executing and coordinating a variety of fundraising programs to benefit high school and college shooting teams. Works to maximize the growth of endowment accounts and the overall growth of the Foundation. Manages all phases of the Foundation's multiple grant programs. Serves as the primary point of contact for all endowment account holders and potential account holders in the Southeastern United States. Educates client teams and organizations in how they can support their teams in the near term while acquiring and sustaining financial security over time. Travels frequently throughout the Southeastern United States in support of youth shooting teams and program partners across a 9 state regional area of responsibility.

Served as task lead for a 22 person team spread across the U.S. charged with the acquisition and execution of improvised explosive device training for deploying Army units. Developed, implemented and continually reexamined policies, procedures and systems intended to support team members at remote locations. Developed and provided analytical products, whitepapers and other thought leadership deliverables well before the need for such products was voiced by my client. Successfully operated in a very dynamic environment in which client priorities and needs changed quickly based on international requirements. My managed responses often involved changes to manning, including recruitment and shifting of priorities of effort. Authored and maintained a series of complex proposals and contracting documents; supported the acquisition of over $10M in government contracts.

Wrote, staffed and obtained over $150M in funding for implementation of the US Army Improvised Explosive Device Training Strategy resulting in personnel who are both better trained and better equipped to survive duty in IraqDesigned and implemented a synchronized network system standardizing limited training resources across the Army's active and reserve forces, resulting in more efficient, effective means of preparing personnel for deployment to Iraq and Afghanistan

Organized, implemented and participated in multiple outcome-based working groups resulting in more effective problem solving as well as fostering greater cooperation between US and Iraqi government agencies and non-governmental organizations Presented detailed, cogent briefings to senior US and Iraqi government officials on a regular basis often resulting in decisions which shaped the relations between our two countries and the manner in which reconstruction efforts continue to take place

Directed and supervised a staff focused on the efficient operation of all personnel, intelligence, planning, training and logistical systems supporting over 3000 personnel Managed an organization budget of $8.9M ensuring adequate resources were available to maintain over 20,000 items of equipment and over $900M in infrastructure

Redesigned the organization's safety and risk management programs resulting in the virtual elimination of work-related vehicle accidents Conducted regular coordination and communication with a myriad of diverse organizations melding often divergent, conflicting agenda into a well synchronized, executable plan and overall a better training and living environment for assigned personnel

Developed automated budget tracking systems to manage funding for training events, equipment repairs and a variety of modernization initiatives resulting in commendable ratings from higher headquarters and a more cost effective operation Reached out to the local community by providing numerous presentations to local schools and serving as the keynote speaker for a high school graduation

Devised and disseminated a monthly newsletter prior to deployment to Belize, resulting in better informed personnel and, in part, resulting in the incidence of malaria dropping from 9 personnel infected in past operations to no personnel infected during this operation Developed alternative solutions for existing Guatemala deployment plans resulting in a reduction of over $1M in direct expenditures and a more efficient use of US government funding to build schools and medical clinics for the Guatemalan people
