For over 25 years I have managed teams and businesses where customer experience and satisfaction is front and centre for success and growth. Right from my teenage years working in hotels and restaurants in Canada to managing global hospitality and commerce brands in Australia I have been hooked on customer satisfaction. And my passion for hospitality has never waned.I have worked with many global brands including Minor Hotels, Lone Star Restaurants, Hotels within the Niagara Region and British Columbia, BMW, Sensis and APN Newspaper group. The common thread throughout my career across hospitality, automotive finance and media has been fickle markets, industry disruption and the need to be better than the competition. Customer satisfaction and exceptional experience delivery is multi-faceted. It requires cohesive team and department collaborations with a focus on internal stakeholder satisfaction and innovative and value packed services and products. Staff care and managing their goals is core to the building blocks of customer satisfaction. Known to be somewhat unique, I enjoy both left and right brain business functions. Numbers and relationships matter equally and I have had fantastic opportunities to fine tune my financial, P&L, operations sales, team management, processes, product development and hospitality skills.
