Provided extensive administrative leadership and education development oversight for the nationally recognized Kingsport Academic Village and led the college’s economic and workforce development division. Key Contributions: • Led the successful development of a technical career center (Regional Center for Advanced Manufacturing) and Tennessee’s first registered apprenticeship program through a higher-education institution.• Integrated adult education programs with community colleges and implemented dual-enrollment technical programs with multiple high schools.• Led programs recognized for innovation and excellence by Brookings Institution, the American Association of Community Colleges, and the US Chamber of Commerce.
