The purpose of this is to increase knowledge and opportunities for potential careers; and also to further education for youth.The Regional Careers Pathway program is a NSW Government Regional Vocational Education and Training (VET) Pathways initiative supporting 15 to 19 year olds not in study or in a job to find pathways to education, training and work. The initiative offers services to re-engage young people and support them in pursuing their goals in achieving vocational training and opportunities leading to career pathways.Careers Network Inc. is currently offering young people access to career mentoring, work readiness activities, planning programs and brokerage of these pathways to employment, apprenticeships and traineeships.Employers are encouraged to contribute to employability skills analysis, workshops and industry needs to inform program participants with up to date employer requirements and processes.
