My job duties were to maintain safe and reliable boats (5), lead tours, conduct safe and fun dive training, promote equipment sales, perform boat maintenance, complete monthly safety checks on equipment, handle retail shop sales, staff scheduling, compressor use and maintenance, and work with local partners to promote tourism in the BVI.

I oversee the recruitment of adventure staff as well as training across Aggressor’s portfolio of destinations the world over. I support the planning and budgeting for dry docks and serve as on-site management for yacht dry dock projects and assist in sourcing destination products and parts, along with confirming installations as a part of his purchasing responsibilities. To ensure quality control, I visit each destination and complete quality assurance inspections to ensure everything is running up to Aggressor’s strict standards for safety and guest enjoyment. I also assist in creating enhancements and revisions to Aggressor’s Standard Operating Procedures, and other operational documents, based on my experiences in the field. I also visit potential new destinations and evaluate for suitability for Aggressor standards. Additionally, I join each new destination during its “start-up” month to provide staff training and ensure Aggressor’s quality standards. I also simultaneously serve as the resident mechanical expert, assisting destination staff as questions or issues arise.

Utilizing my extensive background in the scuba diving industry both as an owner and employee of Dive Centers, I work daily with Dive Professionals and Dive Centers across the USA, Canada, and Caribbean. My roles include Training Consultant, Instructor training, professional and sales development. Additional interests include Product Development and project management.

Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands

I am responsible for QA/QC on SSI Dive Centers and boats in the Eastern Caribbean. My duties include processing annual renewals for SSI Professionals, Dive Centers, warehousing of materials, conducting Instructor Updates and Crossovers (bringing new members into the organization), and promotion of the SSI brand throughout the Caribbean marketplace. My tasks also include working the booth at industry trade shows, signing up new accounts, and promotional activities.
