Experienced fine artist and maker/craftsman with a demonstrated history of working in many mediums with an emphasis on realism and storytelling. Skilled in art education, murals, art direction, and visual arts. Strong in people skills, entrepreneurial initiatives, systems creation, team leadership and business development. Numerous opportunities through the years to design and develop various maker spaces for creative production and flourishing. This has included art classrooms, woodworking spaces, workshops, art studios and artist residency spaces. It has also meant custom designing furniture and either building it from scratch or transforming existing pieces as well as collaborating with craftsmen to realize unique ideas. A career highlight has been co-founding and leading an international artist residency program that has hosted more than 180 creatives from over 28 different countries for seasons of inspiration, experimentation and creative production in the beautiful context and culture of Tetouan, Morocco.
