Developed strategic plan and oversaw implementation that grew assets from $398million to $740million in 8 year timeframe while maintaining solid earnings and double digit capital ratios Oversaw creation & implementation of new business model based on developing people, integrating technology and simplifying solutions to deliver a vastly improved member experience Established a culture of aligning for success with individual development plans, empowerment and cross-functional collaboration among staff Elevated 3Rivers to a position as one of the top 3 most recognizable financial services brands (along with Chase & Wells Fargo) in the Fort Wayne MSA Created & embarked upon strategic facilities plan which resulted in the relocation and positioning of 11 branches from 2008-2012. The plan also included near doubling of corporate office space from 27,000 to 53,000 square feet. Facilities were designed to promote interactive consultation, improve employee productivity and collaboration, as well as minimize inefficiency associated with transactional activity Implemented Business Services, Risk Management and Project Management functions to successfully grow and diversify the organization with more effective oversight and execution

 Responsible for day to day operations, had all six functional Vice Presidents (IT, HR, Finance, Lending, Marketing, Branch Sales) reporting directly to me and was the only direct report to the President/CEO – credit union more than doubled in size from $178million to $398 million in assets Led successful core conversion project to Open Solutions which included implementing 13 additional ancillary systems in 2003

 More than doubled loans outstanding with a decrease in delinquencies and charge-offs  Implemented Residential 1st Mortgage and Indirect Auto finance programs
