Information Technology Consulting for Hospitals and Health Systems across the US- Served as Interim CIO during the IT separation of a northeast Hospital from a joint IT service provider arrangement with another hospital. Managed divestiture of $11M in infrastructure, licensing and services.- Managed the implementation of a Digital Radiology System (PACS) for a 500+ bed hospital performing 300K procedures annually. Enabled remote diagnostic interpretation that increased turnaround time by more than 50% - Designed and implemented a new Security Program for NYU Medical Center. Revised all privacy and security policies, procedures, and training programs to comply with HIPAA- Designed and deployed a clinical workstation software image for a new facility at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Integrated and configured 17 distinct clinical & non-clinical applications into a remotely distributable image for 1200+ workstations across 2 facilities.- Provided technical oversight on the design and build of a new hospital on Florida’s east coast.
