Having first compiled an incredible team, Jeff led the project to build Nextlaw Referral Network (NRN) in record time, launching publicly in 2016. He did so with new technology, no territorial exclusivity, and no membership fees. Quality was the only watchword. By 2019 NRN was the broadest network in the world, received a Top Tier rating by Chambers & Partners, and won the Network of the Year awarded by 'The Lawyer.' Having reached the goal of >700 members covering almost every country in the world, he stepped down on April 1, 2020 to pursue other challenges.
