I didn’t just listen to his “See you at the Top” presentation; that was my church, he was my preacher and I listened to him multiple times daily.Today, as I find myself in a position of leadership, overseeing the operations of our Denver and Calgary offices, those words have even more meaning now than they did back then.As the Chief Operating Officer for an Integrated Solutions company, helping other people (both internally and externally) get what they want is the core of what I do and that of our business, every day we take our many failures, triumphs, engineering know-how and entrepreneurial spirit and apply it to whomever is asking for our help to achieve their goals.I strive to give the same passion to helping my team and colleagues in their work and personal lives as I do our clients.
