As a Carpenter Foreman, I have lead the field operations for various jobs. The first jobs I ran as Foreman were rather small in terms of monetary value. Over time, the sizes of the jobs grew along with my responsibilities. I greatly excelled in the areas of coordination, change management, RFI's, fiscal responsibility, engineering, safety, developed interpersonal skills, and gained further insight on all aspects of the construction industry. I excelled in this position and built a strong working relationship with countless contractors in the Greater Detroit Area. I was quickly promoted to Superintendent in 2009 when I had started U of M C.S. Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
