for the past 19+ yrs I have worked for military / medical research for engineers Dr's and scientist from here and all over the world. I build all kinds of prototypes for new development for all kinds of interesting projects. I also desgne fixtures. I always try to desgne what my customers customer will also want to test or use in there facility. I'm good at taking ideas and new products and making fixtures needed even when prints do not exist just ideas. some times my prints are drawn on a chalk board with multiple ideas thrown around by many till all needed features are discussed to achieve the goal or task at hand to get conclusive results. I perform CNC lathe, Cad/ CNC mill work, manual mill, lathe. and grinding. all my tool steel i have Vacuum heat treated for cleanliness and the purity needed. I also have many machining contacts for all kinds of manufacturing needs when needed.my customers satisfaction is always my main goal and interest.

Hired in thru a temp service and worked my way to a line leader/Setter/ Trainer position.Performed inspection/packing operations, ensuring product quality and assembly was performed.Operated large bearing grinding equipment. gaining experience in precision machining and machine set up. became setter / setter trainer for large bearing grinding. trained new hires to operate cnc grinding machines and operate inspection gaging and preform daily task and mag inspections on products.Promoted to the position of night shift line leader for large bearing grinding where I was responsible for employee supervision and meeting daily quotas. and facilitated production meetings.Developed new procedures to reduce change over set up times from 8 hours to a 2 hour set up.Gained Valuable Experience in many styles of CNC and air controlled grinders, honing and lapping equipment. obtained 40 hours of SPC training. lean manufacturing.
