Experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the civil engineering industry. From working in a automotive machine shop and going to night school; to drafting/field inspection in a civil engineering consulting firm; to designing collection systems, lift stations, well and booster pump stations, distribution systems, reservoirs, roads and sidewalks; to managing projects from conceptual stage, through funding, design, construction and startup while working with funding agencies, regulatory agencies, City/Town leaders and staff to achieve the clients infrastructure needs and goals.A lack of formal education and opportunities has required knowledge and skills be acquired through initiative and hard work. While my experience is not as broad as what can be received through a college education it is deep in specific areas that can only be achieved through nearly three decades of working in the industry.
