Oversee 9 LTL freight locations and 3 shops totaling 10 Journeyman Technicians and over 300 pieces of equipment. Act as a liaison between vendors and the organization to complete scopes of work in a timely manner. Vast business experience with costs and budgets and lead a safety culture within the department.Maintain competitive cost-effective service agreements with all equipment repair/supply vendors. Assist with and provide recommendations on all aspects of fleet operations including expected maintenance costs, warranty repairs, and parts availability. Monitor vehicle telematics and Lytx Camera systems to aid in vehicle breakdowns and CSA violations.

Perform thorough routine PMI service on class 8 tractors. Repair tractor drivetrains, hub/brake, electrical systems, and engines.Diagnose and repair in-depth aftertreatment systems to adhere to EPA guidelines and restrictions. Maintain an organized parts inventory room to support daily repairs on trucks and trailers. Proficient in the following OEM diagnostic software, Cummins Insite, DL8 (Freightliner), DAVIE4 (PACCAR/KW), TechTool(Volvo), Caterpillar (CAT-ET), Bendix, WABCO, Allison Transmission.FAI and Brake Inspector Certified. Certified in ASE sec. 609 to recycle and recover refrigerant.
