With over 15 years of work experience in human resources, I am currently the Vice President of People and Engagement at InnovAge, a provider of health and wellness services for older adults. In this role, I lead the development and implementation of people and engagement strategies that align with the organization's mission, vision, and values. I oversee the areas of talent acquisition, retention, development, performance management, employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and organizational culture. I also partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that empowers and inspires our employees to deliver high-quality care and service to our clients. Previously, I was the Vice President of Human Resources at InnovAge for nine months, where I managed the HR operations and systems for the organization. Before that, I was the Regional Human Resources Director at ProMedica, a health care system that operates across 28 states. There, I supported the HR functions and initiatives for over 10,000 employees in 14 hospitals and 300 clinics. Some of the skills that I have acquired and utilized throughout my career are team management, onboarding, HR management, educational leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive culture that values and respects the diversity and potential of every individual.
