Senior Technical Analyst and Team Lead for a major engineering company providing engineering expertise and the New Equipment Training Team (NETT) training throughout the world. Responsible for training U.S. Army personnel on the operation and implementation of the CH-47F Improved Cargo Helicopter in day, night, NVG, and instrument conditions, as well as the maintenance of the Individual Aircrew Training Folders for all flight instructors/crew members and providing expertise for standardization issues for the NETT. As team lead I am also responsible for scheduling of all training flights and work routines of 20 pilots and helicopter crew members, developing and implementation of training plans, and travel cost analysis of international team travel requirements.

New Equipment Training Team (NETT) Standardization Instructor Pilot and Instrument Flight Examiner in CH-47F aircraft. Responsibilities include flight instruction and end of stage check rides for personnel attending the CH-47F NETT training. Tracking and scheduling APART requirements for all NETT flight crews and ensuring appropriate forms and records are completed to standard. Assist the NETT supervisor with coordinating team travel requirements and site surveys for future NETT training sites.

As a U.S. Army Standardization Instructor Pilot I was responsible for training and evaluations of all pilots and crew members in my area of responsibility. Other responsibilities include ensuring the safe conduct of combat aviation missions by employing comprehensive risk management techniques.

Instruct and mentor other Army aviators to achieve a higher level of expertise in the field of combat aviation.

Utilizing the, Chinook (CH-47D), train for and perform flight duties required to achieve success in combat operations.
