A balanced mentor and problem solver with experience in managing site development, design management, fast-track projects, estimating, and contract administration. Over the past 4 years, Jeff has been providing Owner’s Representative services, Pre-Construction services, site selection and evaluation, preliminary financial modeling, Entitlement Phase management, Design management, Procurement, Construction oversight, Customer Care oversight, project closeout and deficiency for mid and high-rise residential, retail, and commercial projects within the GTA.Over his career Jeff has managed the planning, design and/or construction of ICI and Residential projects totaling 18,906,000 square feet at a contracted value of $ 7.07 Billion including 14,163 residential units, including Canada’s first Supertall building currently under construction. Currently, Jeff is the Chairman of the Toronto Construction Association.
