Supervised scheduling of service thru third party carriers. Responsible for scheduling and staffing both warehouse and delivery operations. Over saw inventory by implementation of weekly cycle counts. Scheduling and routing of deliveries. Successfully opened new “Out of Box” venture to improve gross margins for the company. Reduced expenses of operations thru helping negotiate new delivery truck leases, grounds maintenance and advertising budgets. Controlled payroll budget of operations. Worked closely with the owner to locate property for expansion in the St. Petersburg market.

Responsible for sales growth, waste control, margin improvement, expense control and staffing in 377 stores in the Southeast and Caribbean, Improved sales in a sluggish division by 2.4% overall and improved profit margins. Successfully streamlined the menu in our Cafe's and Pizza units to improve the margins and drive profits. Implemented daily inventories to reduce waste and improve margin. Successfully opened new restaurant venture in side our Super Kmart in Memphis called Famous Eddie's.
