As we close out the globalization projects, focus has shifted to API integrations and additional cloud-based upgrades. Prior to becoming a BSA, I served as a Manufacturing Supervisor, leading daily operations in producing Fused Silica Gas Chromatography Columns.Before joining Restek, I spent seven years at AT&T, starting as a Service Technician and progressing to become a Project/Quality Manager. In this role, I spearheaded the launch of U-Verse service in Louisville, KY, and developed Standard Operating Procedures for all AT&T Southeast technicians, ensuring efficiency and quality service delivery.My career journey began at h.h. Gregg (Electronics and Appliance Retail Chain), where I served as an Operations Manager, overseeing various operational functions including customer service, warehouse management, and loss prevention.My thrive on driving process improvements, leading teams, and delivering results.
