Our support shortened construction delays from unknown to three months.• Resolved TI mechanical issues to finalize 500,000 sf of construction for Uber and Square. The result of this effort allowed for close out of the projects and tenants acceptance of lease items such as delivery conditions and commencement dates.• Part of leadership team that transitioned over 8 million square feet of office space and over 100 employees to Hudson.
