Our support shortened construction delays from unknown to three months.• Resolved TI mechanical issues to finalize 500,000 sf of construction for Uber and Square. The result of this effort allowed for close out of the projects and tenants acceptance of lease items such as delivery conditions and commencement dates.• Part of leadership team that transitioned over 8 million square feet of office space and over 100 employees to Hudson. The process was the culmination of a $3.5 billion acquisition of the portfolio.• Provided operational support in dispositions of over 2 million square feet.• Provided operation support for acquisition of the Ferry Building and transitioning the property and team into the Hudson platform.
