Archer self-performs 95% of the work and my duties are, but not limited to, all employee management (hiring/terminations), all layout of structures, piping, site work, utilities, coordination with any subcontractors and equipment vendors, quality control, S.H.&E. implementation and management, equipment procurement and utilization, insure that the project is strictly adhering to all plans and specifications.

Turbine, generator, and transformer off load, transporting and set dealing with weights over 550,000 lbs, built and assisted with 18 and 12 line Golhoffers, prime movers, jack & slide systems. 2) Field superintendent - Lubbock Wind Ranch, (Baker Concrete) In charge of all safety, coordination of lifts, rigging, signalmen, and logistics to erect 2-82 meter Samsung wind turbines. 3) Field Superintendent, Ralls Wind Ranch (Baker Concrete) In charge of all mobilization of the CC2600, a 600 ton crawler crane to the job site, safety, coordination of lifts, rigging, signalmen, logistics to erect 5-80 meter Sany wind turbines.

Manage a Structural steel erection and Pre-Engineered Metal Building supplier and erector company that supervised up to 10 projects concurrently (ranging up to $6 million) across broad territory that includes Texas and New Mexico, directing up to 50 employees, managing project scheduling, budgets, and resources. Work with general contractor, construction supervisor, and other individual to address and resolve issues throughout project lifecycles. Conduct inspections and evaluations to ensure achievement of a higher quality and safety objectives. Key contributions and accomplishments include:•Cost Reduction & Avoidance – Achieved workers compensation/experience modifier of .78 and unemployment tax rate of .40, exceeding industry standards.•Safety & Quality Record – Upheld record of zero accidents for over a 9-year period, maintaining full compliance with OSHA procedures and regulations. Achieved high degree of quality through strict control of materials, processes, and worker output.•External Relationships – Contacted by architects in selected situations to provide advice on plans; built relationships with project managers, superintendents, and vendors to expedite tasks.•Crane service – Introducing an 08’ 75 ton truck crane and an 88’ 22 ton Rough terrain crane into our equipment fleet for the steel erection and began constructing the pre-engineered buildings in modules on the ground that essentially made for a far safer method and less labor. When the economy faltered, the cranes were then moved into doing more service work in commercial, industrial, municipal, and petroleum crane and rigging needs.•Heavy Haul – Capabilities of transporting up to 176,000# gross for local equipment dealers in addition to transporting Neff Construction Inc equipment.•Achievements – Neff Construction Inc. was recognized as one of the top 15 builders in the country by Mid-West Steel Buildings, Houston, TX in 2008.
