I started my career at Thorgren Tool and Molding as an Injection Molding machine operator straight out of high school. I became very interested in every aspect of plastic injection molding. Worked my way up from machine operator, to set up, then process technician. As lead process tech I was responsible for all new mold trials and establishing molding parameters and producing process sheets for production runs.I also established the Injection Maintenance department.This department was responsible for all of the maintenance for all of the production equipment including 40 injection molding machines and all of the auxiliary equipment.
