I recruit, interview, and hire individuals for coaching and other positions in the department. I help lead and manage our coaches to assist them in building their programs. I oversee Athletic Department budgets and fundraising to help the individual teams and the department reach their goals.I have built business relationships all over the world! I help with the application/recruiting process and scholarship budgets to make sure we hit our goals for the year. I help with the F-1 student visa process for international student athletes coming to Life Prep.

I am fortunate to recruit and coach players from all over the world! I have coached players from 11 different countries. I build the schedule and plan all trips to play top teams in different states. I handle fundraising and sponsors to bring in money to advance the program. I help promote our players to colleges and professional scouts. All of our graduating seniors have received a college scholarship offer. Last year,10 of our 11 seniors signed to play college baseball. We were ranked #2 out of all high schools in the state of Kansas and were in conversations for the top 50 in the country.Number one goal is to help these young men grow in their faith, teach them life lessons through baseball.

We built the Aeros Baseball Organization from scratch. We had baseball teams 11U-18U. We helped motivate, inspire, empower and develop baseball players in the Wichita area. Our goal was to help them grow as young men and earn a college scholarship. We grew the organization to one of the largest and most successful in the Wichita area before merging with another baseball academy.I developed marketing strategies to help bring in new customers, while providing quality customer service to retain current customers. I handled the accounting, administration, and payroll. I was the lead Hitting Instructor and Strength Coach for the organization where I developed team plans and individualized training programs. I was also the head coach of a high school team, where my team won the 18U Midwest World Series.

Started an online training business with custom workout programs and nutrition plans for baseball players in different cities, states and countries to enhance performance.

Brought in new business and provided quality customer service to previous members to sustain and grow business. Helped with schedule and facilitating teams in the facility.
