I am currently the Talent Manager at Quark Enterprises dba Sprout Kids.I was sent up as temporary worker to Sundance Mountain Resort, ended up in Human Resources, and stayed for a total of 22 years. I've done a wide-ranging set of tasks over the years that pretty much covers all of human resources, from taking care of the Human Resources Information System, conducting the customer service training, managing insurance and 401k enrollments, creating their Affordable Care Act process, to managing worker's compensation claims and the return to work process. I'm fluent in Spanish and helped our Spanish-speaking employees with all of their human resources needs. I'm looking for a position that will use my skills, whether that's in Human Resources or not. I am open to a career change.Outside of work I like to bird, hike, and play volleyball and tennis.
