Mr . Orr is a Senior Engineering Consultant with Tetra Tech in the Prairie Engineering group operating in the Edmonton Engineering practice. Mr. Orr has over 20 years experience in Project Management, Heavy Civil construction supervision, testing and inspection. He excels at providing common sense, practical project solutions for each client’s unique requirements. Mr. Orr has hands on, on-site experience in local construction, arctic construction and mining. He is currently working with local municipalities on road rehab projects, emergent road repairs and asphalt trail rehab projects.Mr. Orr has specialized knowledge of concrete technology. He is a CCIL certified Linear Traverse operator (ASTM C457b). Mr. Orr is responsible for safely setting up, firing and disposing of high hazard, high level fireworks and pyrotechnics during live events.
