I manage a team of Product Engineers and Engineering Technicians that support Swagelok's High Purity Group product offerings, serving the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, photovoltaic, and nuclear markets. I'm responsible for the development of my team, ensuring that quality parts go out the door, that our suppliers and processes are aligned to our product design needs, and for identifying and executing product health and capability improvement projects. In addition, I am also responsible for setting and executing the vision of Product Engineering at Swagelok as we move into an even more customer-centric future.
