Provide program services with students and their parents (advocacy, scholarship applications, college applications, work search, resume prep, credit retrieval, tutoring, social services, dropout prevention, re-entry, cultural activities, student clubs, parent committee meetings, professional development for school staff, curriculum review, quarterly newsletter, outreach to new students and parents). Prepare the Federal grant application - goals - objectives - budget. Organize the Regional Consortium and the Consortium Parent Committee. Train parents and school staff in: Grassroots Leadership Development and Community Capacity Building (Matching Assets with Needs).
