Mr. Parr serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. Jeff was a director at Kirkland Lake Gold since 2014 and served as the Company's Chairman of the Board from 2019 to 2022 prior to its merger with Agnico Eagle. Mr. Parr has also been a member of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of Discovery Silver Corporation since 2017. He has over 30 years of executive leadership experience in the mining and related industries.Jeff joined Centerra Gold Inc in 2006 as VP Finance and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2008 where he served until his retirement in 2016. He was also the Chief Financial Officer for Acres International for nine years. From 1988 to 1997 Jeff held progressively senior financial positions at WMC International (a subsidiary of Western Mining Corporation) with responsibility for operations and exploration in the Americas. He ultimately served as the Company’s Executive Vice President.Mr Parr is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA 1984) and obtained the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors (2018). He holds a Masters of Business Administration (McMaster University) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (University of Western Ontario). He also served as Director and Vice Chair of the Oakville Economic Development Alliance from 2002 to 2007 and was a member of its Executive Committee. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the Mining Association of Canada and the World Gold Council.
