Whalen and Company was a leading provider of construction services to the telecommunication industry. The Company provided assistance in leasing, permitting and construction of cell towers for the telecommunication industry.

Devon Publishing Group was a $100 million publisher of graphic art, including fine art, posters, prints, calenders, greeting cards and stationary products with operations in the US, Canada, UK and Australia.Was involved in a roll up strategy where we looked at a number of acquisition candidates and acquired three companies.

Audit partner with Coopers & Lybrand, an international CPA firm. I spent 10 years of my career in the San Francisco office, in addition to two years on an international exchange program in Melbourne, Australia and five years in each Oakland, CA and Eugene, Oregon offices.While working in the Oakland and Eugene offices I was involved in the reengineering the offices to be market focused, resulting in a dramatic turnaround of the office economics and becoming a high performance office.
