Altus had an IPO of over $2.5 Billion, which was the 9th largest Midstream IPO in history. This IPO provided Apache with flexibility in the Permian Basin for takeaway capacity to the Texas Gulf Coast while freeing up cash flow for E & P operations. • Responsible for midstream operations in the Alpine High fair play in the Delaware Basin including: PHMSA regulatory compliance, management of geographic information systems, remote control room operations, and all pipeline field operations. The asset base included: seven central processing facilities (MRU) with a throughput capacity of 750MMCF/D, 70 miles of 30” residue pipeline with a throughput capacity of 1BCF/D, one booster station with 900MMCF/D capacity, 200+ miles of 20” gas gathering, 35 miles of 16” NGL transmission, one NGL trucking terminal with a 20,000 bbl/d capacity. Three 200MMCF/d cryogenic plants to be commissioned in 2019. • Responsible for overseeing a full PHMSA pipeline regulatory compliance program including the creation of entirely new programs for O&M, integrity management, operator qualifications, drug and alcohol, public awareness, pipeline permitting, damage prevention, and control room management. • Responsible for over 50 employees and for developing a senior leadership team that included two field superintendents, two control room supervisors, one regulatory Supervisor and one GIS supervisor as direct reports. • Responsible for review of ROW terms and conditions, shared use agreements, and FERC 311 filings. -
