Responsibilities included: Creative Direction, P&L development, investor relations, business development, channel expansion, world-wide product development across multiple continents, franchise planning, general design, organizational development, sourcing development and IP resources, 3rd party management, licencor relationships, forecasting models, multi-year product strategies and development planning. All launched mobile products consistently featured as "Best New Game" by Apple.

Directed the Salt Lake City, All Play studio, on all Electronic Arts digital, mobile and smart phone productions, across multiple business models (including freemium and free-to-play). Responsible for team management, financials, new product development, creative vision, strategic planning for projects and studio, office planning, internal and external development. Developing projects across all digital platforms (i.e. iOS, Android, Wp8, etc.) including live service operations. Historically developed cross-platform console (PS2, DS, Xbox, X360, PS3, PC, Wii) titles, across a myriad of EA Brands and licenses.
