I am a trusted and proven fire protection and emergency management professional. I have over 16 years of experience in the creation, development and implementation of comprehensive emergency management programs including; policy and procedures development, emergency operations plans, employee training and exercises. Over the years, I have managed countless emergencies of various size and complexity as the Incident Commander and led planned disruptions in order to mitigate organizational impacts and ensure business continuity. I have planned, conducted and evaluated numerous exercises to help employees become better prepared for emerging situations and critical events that may affect hospital operations. My background also includes nearly three decades of experience in emergency response operations, both paid and volunteer, that include; fire protection, emergency medical care, technical rescue and hazardous materials operations.
