A practitioner of both quantitative and qualitative marketing research for more than 25 years – all achieved while working with the skilled professionals at Russell Research. Has conducted both qualitative and quantitative research for an impressive list of diverse and influential brands such as American Greetings, Best Buy, CityMD, GAF, Hearst, Novartis, and Time, Inc. Also has worked extensively with some of the world’s largest and most innovative advertising agencies and brand consultancies including Conran Design Group, DeSantis Breindel, DraftFCB, Droga5, Grey Worldwide, J. Walter Thompson, Landor & Associates, Saatchi & Saatchi and Terri & Sandy.Jeff also serves as the lead point of contact for projects awarded under the company’s General Services Administration contract – having been one of the primary practitioners for in excess of 100 projects conducted on behalf of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) since 1994.In addition to his role executing primary research undertakings, Jeff has also recently been charged with developing and implementing marketing campaigns for Russell; tracking and analyzing company sales and expenses data; developing promotional materials; planning company participation in trade shows/conferences; maintaining databases; and preparing internal reports.
