Jeff Plotz builds upon the Company’s market position, team strength and capabilities by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and nurturing strategic business relationships with clients/owners, design professionals, subcontractors, local businesses and community stakeholders. He researches trends, market shifts and industry changes to integrate innovation and best practices to broaden and enhance the delivery of services, team competitiveness and customer satisfaction. Jeff develops, organizes and oversees competitive, design-build, GMP and hard bid/proposals. He prepares estimating and takeoff documents for bids, solicits and negotiates subcontractor and supplier pricing, develops scopes of work and prepares bid packages for submission. Jeff coordinates the transition between contract award and project implementation. He develops systems, processes and software applications to collect, track, and communicate meaningful information to analyze the effectiveness of field operations, accurate costs, profit projections and production rates.
