Perform accounting functions for a portfolio of Homeowner and Condo associations. Duties include managing accounts payable, prepare and enter journal entries, preform bank reconciliations, prepare and distribute financial statements and handle inquiries from board members, property managers and homeowners.

Assisted accounting department with project on converting from QuickBooks to AccuBuild construction software with comparing vendor balances and updated the new system and reviewing cost of goods accounts for multiple divisions.

Perform core processing and administrative functions of the business unit, which can include providing day to day client services and administrative support to customers, responding to client requests, performing significant financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner, processing transactions at the individual and corporate account level, and preparing reports and analytical documents for internal and external customers.

Manage portfolio of assigned accounts to identify, investigate, and analyze all deductions to determine their veracity. The investigation process will determine the course of action required to stop future occurrences of the deduction and if recovery of past deductions is possible.Review all applicable deductions in portfolio; primarily local and branch customers. Analyze cause of deduction and determine if deduction is legitimate or should be contested and presented again for collection.

Updated company price lists and customer specific pricing; provide master price lists for sales reps, sales finance and supply chain and validate customer pricing deductions. Maintain national and local trade spending programs; distribute local programs to customers and sales team; partner with customers, sales reps and sales finance on program inquiries; and, process customer bill backs for ad hoc trade spending programs.
