CurrentI am the customer facing lead for 3 products which includes requirement gathering, backlog refinement, development management and then ends with customer demos and approval for an agile process where enhancements are delivered to production every 2 weeks.I manage a MS D365 F&O and 3rd party component backlog refinement and development supporting a monthly contractual billing and payment process where we have been delivering customization to automate manual processes and improve data quality. I created user stories and managed development of a power apps portal on MS D365 CE and web services which gives customers a view their MS D365 F&O accounts, billing statements, payment history and allows online payments for current account balances.I am also a Salesforce system admin supporting multiple sales teams for new revenue growth. To address the growing organization, I redesigned, configured and implemented the Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permission sets and Sharing rules and new sales and approval workflows.
