With 22 years of skate sharpening expertise, working with top level skating coaches such as Barb Underhill and Dawn Braid and working with their prospects and elite athletes, I am able to identify, assess, and eliminate the issues for the house league player, as well as the players at the professional levelI started my skate-sharpening career as a hobby and am able to turn it into a career. Over the years I have noticed the lack of knowledge and understanding of skate – sharpening and the impact it has on ones performance. I came to realize that there is a high demand for qualified professionals in the industry. Furthermore, I am uniquely positioned to fill this gap because of my level of experience and the large network within the hockey community.
