I assist owners in navigating property issues with municipalities. I conducted a bid search for a parking lot project in downtown Denver.

Managed the tenant build-out of 4,000 square feet of office space. Responsibilities included managing subcontractors onsite as well as the project schedule and budget. Coordinated with property manager and neighboring tenants on issues and project status.

Contributed to proposals for new projects in several states and participated in acquisitions and land searches for General Services Administration.

I successfully completed the tenant finish on multiple projects ranging from 4,000 square feet to 21,000 as well as assisted the superintendent on core and shell projects for medical office buildings. I also attended and facilitated weekly job meetings and minutes to distribute to subcontractors and field staff.

As project engineer, I was responsible for scheduling, buyout and submittal review for 287,000 square feet of Class A new office construction. In addition, I wrote contracts and purchase agreements with Subcontractors. Most of the projects were LEED certified and I was integral in compiling and submitting documentation to USGBC for certification.

I managed the lodge reservations for this Colorado guest ranch, including 14 guest rooms and 7 cabins. In addition to providing superior customer service and a classic Colorado experience for our guests, I managed the housekeeping and hospitality staff. I also contributed to the year to year growth in occupancy and provided guidance and feedback on the expansion and revitalization of the ranch under new ownership.
